New Student Enrollment & Withdrawals

New Student Enrollment from outside of OCPS

(this includes entering from other states, FL counties, FLVS Full Time or private school)

Check to see if you live within Water Spring Middle's school zone through OCPS interactive zoning map.

Step 2: Review and collect all required documentation requirements for students new to OCPS

Step 3: Submit all documentation at this link. Our registrar will contact you for any missing documentation.

 

Tip - If you are using your phone to scan papers, the app Adobe Scan can be helpful, especially for multiple page documents

After all documentation is provided through the link, and you have received confirmation of your enrollment, complete current year course requests through this form.

A counselor will contact you once your schedule is complete with the next steps to start school. Please be sure to check your email frequently.

New Student Enrollment from another OCPS school

(this includes OCPS Home Education, OCVS Full Time, OCVS/FLVS Flex, etc.)

Student Withdrawal

Ensure that your laptop and all materials belonging to HHS/WSMS are returned to the media center.

Email [email protected] or complete the intent to withdrawal form at the front office with the student information including where the student will be going to school.

If you would like to meet with Registrar Diana Williams to discuss enrollment information, please click on the appointment link. Note that students are unable to be registered with partial documentation.

If your home is still under construction, you will need to make an appointment with Pending Move Waiver for a Pending Move waiver.
