Congratulations on this educational milestone for your student. Transitioning to a new school is exciting and should be smooth and without any delays.  In an effort to ensure all student’s records are accurate and up to date, we are requiring parents to provide updated current proof of residence to your child’s present school.  This documentation should be provided to the school by close of business on April 30, 2026.

Documents will not be accepted by email or in person.  Documents must be uploaded by clicking on the graphic to the left, or the button below.

Please make sure that your license is updated to your current address.  Florida law requires that a drivers license is updated within 30 days of moving.  You can update your drivers license (choose “replace” not renew and then update your address) online and have it mailed to your new address, using the portal:

DMV Portal to Update Drivers License

If you have a lease that expires prior to the start of school, we will contact you for the renewal, as we need to show that you will continue residing at the address for the first day of school.  Please plan on sending us that renewal as soon as possible to avoid any delays and ensure that your student’s schedule is not impacted.

If you registered with a Verification of Residence from the Department of Student Enrollment, you will need a current one on file, so please make an appointment for that as soon as possible, as the office is very busy as we get close to the summer.  Appointments can be made through the fullowing link:

If you have any questions, you can contact the registrar, Karen Bukowski, at 4258@ocps.net
